Mobile App Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Easyfish Marketing mobile application (“the App”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Easyfish Marketing.

2. Description of the App

The Easyfish Marketing App is a tool designed for home-service businesses to manage leads, track conversations, and integrate with the Easyfish Marketing CRM. The App provides access to lead pipelines, communication data, customer information, and various business-management features.

The App may connect to third-party communication platforms and integrations (e.g., call tracking, SMS, CRM messaging channels) to consolidate conversations and lead flow into a centralized hub.

3. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have the authority to enter into a binding agreement

  • Use the App in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws

4. User Accounts and Security

To access the App and its features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up-to-date

  • All activities performed under your account

You must notify us immediately at support@easyfishmarketing.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, unauthorized, or harmful purpose, including (but not limited to):

  • Accessing or attempting to access others’ accounts or data

  • Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful files

  • Interfering with or disrupting system performance

  • Attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or replicate the App

  • Violating privacy laws or intellectual property laws

We reserve the right to investigate misuse and take appropriate action.

6. Data Handling and Integrations

The App integrates and syncs data from multiple sources, including CRM systems, messaging platforms, and lead generation channels. By using the App, you grant Easyfish Marketing permission to:

  • Process, display, store, and transmit data required to operate the App

  • Connect to and access third-party services as authorized by you

Data collection and use are governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may connect with third-party platforms and tools. Easyfish Marketing does not control or take responsibility for:

  • Availability or performance of third-party systems

  • Security, data practices, or content from third-party providers

You are responsible for complying with any additional terms imposed by those third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, features, code, text, graphics, and design within the App are the exclusive property of Easyfish Marketing and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use the App’s content without written consent.

9. Subscription and Purchases

The App currently does not offer in-app purchases or subscription payments.

If this changes in the future, billing and subscription terms will be updated and provided prior to charges being applied.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will:

  • Be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors

  • Meet your specific business needs

  • Always operate without delays, issues, or outages

You assume all responsibility for the use of the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easyfish Marketing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the App

  • Data loss, business interruption, revenue loss, or lost profits

  • Unauthorized access to accounts or data

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using the service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Required to do so by law

  • The App is discontinued or updated

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

13. App Updates and Feature Changes

We may modify, update, or discontinue portions of the App at our discretion. This may include feature changes, upgrades, interface adjustments, performance improvements, or fixes.

Some updates may occur automatically.

14. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect user data.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
